Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Inquiries made after 48 hours of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds. Please note, some products do come with manufacturer defects such as minor cuts in the shrink wrap, loose glue on cardboard boxes, etc. We will not ship an item if the manufacturer defects are excessive, therefore we cannot offer any sort of refund's for minor manufacturer defects.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Single cards, or used opened items. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at summittcg1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will then receive instructions on how to send the goods back to us. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns are also subject to a 10% return fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the goods will be refunded but any shipping costs will not be refunded. These will also be subject to the 10% return fee.
